CAPABLE, so that you when you have an opportunity to get an extra ski day in, hike up for some fresh tracks or head out backcountry to explore, it’s not your stamina or endurance that holds you back.

CONFIDENT, know that your body is going to react when you need it to. This is pretty handy with mandatory turns, carving hard, dropping cliffs, tearing through trees and simply skiing in general.

Explore the energy efficient mechanics involved in skiing by movement analyis of top ski instructors in a wide variety of terrain and conditions. Bridge the gap of where you are now physicaly, towards where you aim to be with detailed exercises directly related to your ski goals.

Move forward with an action plan built to navigate you past physical barriers preventing the level of excellence you crave for your favourite style of skiing.

Stay accountable in a supportive environment amongst an interactive community of like minded skiers from the comfort of your own home. The FULL SEND workshop begins October 13th and runs 3x per week for 8weeks.
